The previously fallen and the subject trees are Red Maples (Acer Rubrum) - see also photograph ref TPO337 P11 to support ID claim.The application is to conduct works that will make the diseased tree safe by felling it to the ground to stump.It is not believed that the tree can be saved. The first branches shoot at 2.85m above the ground and the trunk below has been shown to be diseased through the evidence submitted with this application.
