Description

(1) To install a new set of stairs leading from the front room to the cellar, enclosed by fire doors and walls on each end to reduce the travel distance and create a safe escape route. This will include cutting a hole in the existing existing timber floors(2) Close the existing staircase and convert this into a small storage room on the ground floor and a second toilet next to the current one(3) Fireproof the walls and install a fire door around the storage room(4) Line the cellar ceiling with fireproof plasterboards
