Amendment to planning application reference 20/01626/PFUL3 to vary conditions 3 and 4 to relate to flats implemented by that permission. Condition 3 varied as follows: 'No individual flat shall be occupied until verification that the approved sound insulation scheme relating to that flat has been implemented and is fully operational has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.' Condition 4 varied as follows: 'No individual flat shall be occupied until the part of the building relating to that flat has been converted in accordance with the approved plans.'
