Oak (T1): Remove the epicormic shoots on roadside of the lower stem to give a 3m ground clearance over the footpath and 5m over the highway. Remove the re-formed deadwood. Tip-reduce branch tips from the house structure to give a 1.5m to 2m clearance. Assess the large, fractured stub for stability and retain as a habitat feature, if secure.
