T1 Beech: Crown raise to approximately 6m all round. Remove major deadwood. Reduce weight from the stem on the south west aspect with cracking bark. Reduce back from neighbours roof line to give at least 2m building clearance. Reduce portion of crown on the northern aspect growing towards the house. Reduce selected limbs to shape crown. No height reduction planned. Reduce spread from 22m to 19.5m.
