Description

Oak T1 - Reduce and raise the lower canopy branches to the south to allow a 3m clearance of neighbouring house roof and a 1.5m clearance of chimney structure. The present canopy spread to the south is 10.5m and therefore the branches impacting on the neighbouring roof and chimney will be left at at a length of 7.5m. Reduce and raise the lower canopy branches to the north over the property of 48 Mill Hill Road to allow a 3m clearance of chimney structure. The overall canopy spread will not be affected by the specified work.
