The proposal is also to re-clad the north and south wing including the internal elevations, decorations to existing high level concrete banding to all areas including the civic area. Removal of the copper cladding to the upper part of the council chamber and re-clad in an aluminium panelled system. New roof coverings following repairs to the civic area.
