Variation of Condition 3 of planning permission 22/01535/U to 'No occupation of the development other than in connection with operations at the neighbouring premises at Weston House, Weston Road shall take place until details of covered and secure bicycle parking for 10 cycles have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The approved details shall thereafter be installed prior to first occupation of the development by any occupier independent of the operations at Weston House, Weston Road and shall be retained and maintained in this condition thereafter.'
