Description

1) Rethatch the house using the same materials as existing, Norfolk reed for the main roof with a sedge ridge to incorporate a fireproof membrane; 2) Repairs to east wall using imperial size bricks and lime mortar, to raise the line of the parapet to overtop the new thatch and cover the joint with lead flashing & finish parapet with pamment tiles to match the existing west gable; 3) Repairs to oak window frames and create new opening casement in main bedroom.
