Large Plum tree (looks like Copper Beech tree) in the garden of Number 19 High St, Helmsley, YO62 5AE. Location shown in aerial photograph (attached). Overhanging pavement and road (B1257 to Stokesley from Helmsley). I have consulted a Tree Surgeon who advisers:- i) removal of 2 large branches overhanging pavement and road as they are a danger to traffic and pedestrians. ii) balance shape of tree to maintain good form. Lorries and machinery to be sited within grounds of Number 19 High Street during conservation work.
