Non-material change -Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising engineering earthworks to form a pair of near-parallel railway embankments (referred to collectively as Green Lane Embankment), and ancillary works including, landscaping earthworks, earthworks to form a watercourse diversion, earthworks for track and land drainage including a balancing pond, earthworks to form a diversion to Footpath M54 and M57, earthworks for the formation of maintenance access tracks, provision of road vehicle parking areas, provision of maintenance access stairs and location of permanent fencing.
