Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising: The construction of two railway viaducts (M42/M6 Motorway Link East and West Viaducts) and associated maintenance access stairs, the provision of bird deterrent mesh on the northern and southern abutments of the M42/M6 Motorway Link East and West Viaducts, earthworks to form the finished ground of the central reservation between the carriageways of the M42/M6 Motorway Link Road, minor regrading adjacent to the eastbound and westbound carriageways of the M42/M6 Motorway Link Road; and the installation of 11no. replacement and additional street lighting columns along the eastbound and westbound carriageways of the M42/M6 Motorway Link Road
