Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising: Paragraph 2 - Construction of a viaduct to carry the railway over the M6 Motorway, M42-M6 slip road, M6 Slip Road and M6-A446 Link Road(M6 South Viaduct) Paragraph 3 - Engineering earthworks to form a railway embankment (Coleshill No. 1 Embankment), earthworks for a watercourse diversion, drainage ditches, swales, balancing pond and maintenance access tracks; provision of a permanent area of road vehicle parking; provision of noise mitigation in the form of a trackside concrete noise barrier and acoustic parapet; maintainance access stairs, and the location of permanent security and boundary fencing, road safety barriers and replacement lighting.
