Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising: Paragraph 2 - Construction of concrete retaining walls, construction of headwalls, wingwalls and handrails associated with Water Orton Culvert and the provision of a cascade.
