Description

Non-Material Amendment to PAP/2019/0455 dated 07/01/20 and incorperating changes approved in MIA/2022/0020 dated 16/09/22. Principal changes to the bedroom and ballroom building comprise minor alterations to the elevations such as the relocation of external doors, slight increase in height of parapets to screen plant, removal of a rooftop metal screen and replacement with balustrade and additional access hatches to the roof. Also proposed to remove Juliet balconies on the 1st and 2nd floors of the northern elevation and for the doors to be changed to tilt windows. In addition, a store extension has been added to the kitchen and external materials have also been updated.
