Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising: Paragraph 2 - Construction of an overbridge (Manor Drive Overbridge) and three culverts Paragraph 3 - Engineering earthworks for the realignment of the River Cole, engineering earthworks for the realignment of Manor Drive/B4114 roundabout, earthworks to form two replacement flood storage areas, earthworks for land drainage, earthworks for the formation of ecological scrapes, earthworks for the formation of landscape ponds, earthworks for the formation of culverts, earthworks for the formation of maintenance access tracks and strips, earthworks for the formation of a vehicle restraint system, provision of road vehicle parking, location of permanent fencing and the provision of replacement highway lighting.
