Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 of the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising: Engineering earthworks to form a railway embankment (Attleboro Farm Embankment), construction of a reinforced concrete flyover structure (Attleboro Flyover) and associated retaining walls, and ancillary works including landscaping earthworks, earthworks to form a highway realignment and maintenance access tracks, earthworks to form a GSM-R (Global System for Mobile Communications - Railway) platform, maintenance access stairs, drainage earthworks, and the location of permanent fencing.
