Variation of Condition 4 (Sound Insulation) and 5 (Noise Validation Report) on approved application 24/03601/FUL in order to enable use of the ground floor restaurant prior to completion of the holiday let rooms, enable completion of the holiday let rooms in two phases, to correct the wording of condition 5 which incorrectly references conditions 1 and 2 instead of conditions 3 and 4.
