Description

Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) and 24 (M4(2) Building Regs) on approved application 21/04148/FUL in order to allow compliance with Requirement M4(2) of the Building Regulations to be achieved through the installation of roof canopies to principal entrances and electrically operated rooflights, rather than requiring compliance prior to commencement. Velux rooflights serving Bedrooms 3 and 4 of Unit 1 are to be fitted with electrically operated, remote-controlled opening systems in accordance with the approved drawings and manufacturer's specification, in addition to roof canopies over the principal entrances of units 1 and 2, and that the development shall thereafter be retained in that form.
