Description

Non-Material Amendment (rewording of condition 7 to Every tree that is removed be replaced by another of either the same species or a native tree category and be of at least 5 years maturity on the site, unless otherwise agreed by the Local Planning Authority, in accordance with a written table and plan that shall be first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. These submitted details clearly set out every individual tree to be removed, including those within groups and what it shall be replaced with (type, species, maturity) and where on site its replacement is to be placed. If not before, every replacement trees shall be planted at the latest by the end of 1 year following the completion the final house.
