Description

Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) and Condition 3 on approved application 24/02693/FUL (allowed on appeal APP/P2935/D/24/3354237). Condition 2 will revise the approved block plan and elevation drawings to incorporate flat roof dormers to the front elevation; remove the roof on the east elevation and replace it with a gable end with red tiles; apply off-white render to the side elevation with red brick to match the existing dwellinghouse; reduce the fascia size on the large rear dormer and orangery; and replace the approved zinc cladding on the rear dormers with Hardie Plank vertical cladding in an anthracite colour. Condition 3 will now be a compliance condition, approving a new materials schedule. (amended 5.2.26)
