Variation of Condition 7 (accommodation) on approved application 12/01256/FUL in order to vary the condition as follows the development hereby approved can be used either as a separate residential dwelling, ancillary accommodation limited to a person employed or last employed by the Lemmington Branch Estate or as holiday accommodation. For the purposes of this condition, holiday accommodation is accommodation that shall be restricted to genuine holiday makers for individual periods not exceeding 4 weeks in total within any consecutive period of 13 weeks. A register of holidaymakers shall be kept and made available for inspection by an authorised officer of the Council at all reasonable times.
