Description

Listed Building Consent for the sympathetic renovation of roof structure, removal and reinstatement of existing roofing materials, original slate tiles will be retained and reused wherever feasible, new 50 x 25 mm battens will be fitted on a breathable membrane, new lead soakers, lead flashings will be fitted to wall abutments, coping stone abutments will be repointed, point stone ridge tiles will be re-bedded, front gutter stones and vertical seem between 1 and 2 Croft Place will be repointed.
