Non-material amendment pursuant to planning permission 24/02851/FUL to amend Condition 6 (Materials) to be 'Prior to proceeding above damp-proof course level' as opposed to 'Prior to commencement of development' - Condition 6 to now read:'Notwithstanding the detail contained within the application, the new dwelling shall be constructed of natural stone with lime mortar and natural British slate roof tiles. Any new or reclaimed stone used on the external elevations shall be natural sandstone to match the original in colour, texture, block size and coursing. The use of cement in the mortar mix is not permitted. Prior to proceeding above damp-proof course level, details of the materials to be used in the construction of the external walls and roof will be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details'
