Description

Demolish the existing porch to the south elevation and construct a new replacement porch with a slate roof. Replace windows to the south elevation with new double-glazed wooden windows. Replace the two windows on the west elevation with new double-glazed wooden windows. Remove the existing Welsh Slates from the main house roof and fit a new cold roof membrane. Reroof using the original Welsh Slates and replace any damaged with slates to match. Refurbished or new rainwater goods (as amended).
