Variation of Conditions 3 (Cycle Parking), 4 (Electric Vehicle Charging), 5 (External Refuse) and 9 (Landscaping) on approved application 23/03889/FUL in order for all visitors to be transported to and from the site using the charity's minibus, eliminating the need for cycle storage and making bicycle access impractical, the current transport is a petrol minibus, upgrade to an electric bus, the proposal includes supplying electricity through the existing wind turbine, the proposed solar PV, and a new turbine, the demand for cycle parking and EV charging at the site is expected to be extremely low, existing refuse containers shall be used, with no requirement for additional external refuse containers.
