Description

Listed Building Consent: Replacement windows to West facing elevation plus a small window within North facing entrance lobby. Erection of boundary fence between site and adjoining property to South. To the rear: replacement/reinstatement of small area of car parking, erection of security fence surrounding plant and equipment, and repairs to Valley gutter. Repairs to the two chimney stacks together with installation of a new flue within chimney in Meeting Room to allow for installation of gas fire.
