Variation of condition 3 (Temporary Storage & Reinstatement of Historic Fabric) on approved application 24/00022/LBC in order for wording of condition to be varied to enable development use, Elements to be temporarily removed and/or replaced (plank doors, fenders, hearths, etc) are to be stored in accordance with the details noted on '241015_2337D_Door-Fender Methodology Statement' to facilitate the temporary use of the building. Thereafter the items shall be stored in accordance with the approved details and shall be reinstated within the building within three months of the temporary use ceasing unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
