Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) and consideration of additional information in respect of conditions 16 (foul drainage), 25 (broadband connections) and 26 (sustainable building) on approved application 23/03609/VARYCO to change designation of Unit 2 within Horseshoe Barn. Minor design changes to internal layouts, balconies and window positions to other units. New arrangements for foul water drainage are proposed incorporating Barnhills foul drainage within foul drainage bio treatment plant serving residential development at Guyzance Hall already approved and consented.
