Description

Variation of Condition 3 (Landscaping) to allow the wording to be changed to "Hard and soft landscaping proposals, as approved shall be carried out in accordance with the approved drawings not later than the expiry of the next planting season. The landscaped areas shall be subsequently maintained to ensure estabishment of the approved scheme, including watering, weeding and the replacement of any plants, or areas of seeding or turfing comprised in the approved landscaping plans, which fail within a period of up to 5 years from the completion of the development" and the wording of Condition 4 (Contamination) to be changed to "The development hereby permitted shall be undertaken in accorddance with the details within the approved: Coast Consulting Engineers - North Farm Warenford - Phase 1 Geoenvironmental Appraisal and Coal Mining Risk Assessment (26 October 2023), Coast Consulting Engineers - North Farm Warenford - Phase 2 Geoenvironmental Appraisal (17 November 2023) and Coast Consulting Engineers - North Farm Warenford - Remediation Strategy Report (17 November 2023)" pursuant to planning permission 18/00213/VARYCO
