Listed Building Consent: Lift roof weatherings, clean and patch repair timber boarding and structure below, re-lay slate and lead materials using new fixings. Repair/redecorate perimeter timber ring. Replace/overhaul cast iron rainwater goods as necessary. Clean stone columns and replace severely damaged stonework. Stone plinths for timber columns.
