Description

Notification under the Electronic Communications Code (conditions and restrictions) Regulations 2003 (as amended) to utilise PD rights.The removal of the existing 15m tower with 6 antennas and its replacement with a 20m with 6 and 2 microwave dishes and the installation of ancillary equipment. This proposal is subsequent to one submitted in December last year (22/04717/MISC) which proposed that the existing mast be extended to 20m. The design has been modified resulting in a replacement mast being installed and, although the overall effect remains the same, this revised notice is issued to ensure the LPA have the most up to date drawings.
