Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) and 5 (surface water drainage) on approved application 20/01346/VARYCO in order for the dwelling to be moved 2.7 meters due south of the plot and dwelling height amended to mitigate a clash between the engineering of the roof fixings and the steel window lintels. The Drainage plan amended from to mole under the road and over a field to a watercourse to a sewage treatment plant and a large attenuation tank. Plant room and store room to be switched around to allow for fire escape, basement courtyard stair layout amended to allow for easier access from both sides of the dwelling and the utility window has been altered to allow for fire escape. Window 22 and window 18 on the first floor altered to incorporate fire escape.
