Description

Replace the roof covering to the main roof and dormer window in slate, install over a breathable roofing membrane and counter battens. Repair lead lining / flashings / soakers to the dormer cheeks and valley gutters. Replace the mortar fillet to the chimney on the party line with 6 Bath Terrace with lead soakers and flashings. Replace the timber base rails of the dormer window cheeks in timber. Adjust the fall of the eaves gutter to the rear elevation to correct the alignment so it falls towards the running outlet. Remove render to the chimney on the party line with 6 Bath Terrace and re-render in a lime-based render to match existing.
