Description

Variation of Condition 1 (approved details) of 22/01053/FUL / 23/01635/FUL and conditions 14 (surfacing materials) and no.28 (landscaping scheme) of 23/01635/FUL) in order to make the following revisions: Substitution of section of metal mesh fence with acoustic timber fence, in order to reduce the impact of the noise from the MUGA pitch on the neighbouring dwellings facing St. Peter's Road, change to the surfacing materials of the footpath around the northern part of building and a revision the approved landscape scheme to include increased scrub planting, a greater proportion of native evergreen plants within the planting to the east of the proposed acoustic fence and the development of mounds up to 1.5m in height.
