Description

Atrium: replace existing light fittings with wall mounted LED lights; replace cracked stained glass; prepare and paint ceiling; repair cracks/holes; replace damaged/rotten timber units and identify/clean stained areas on walls. Platform 2: replace glazing entrance atrium skylight and paint inside skylight white; mechanically prepare and paint canopy metallic structural elements, fascia, guttering, hopper heads, downpipes, and handrails; repair and paint windows timber frames as needed; prepare and paint or replace ceilings of 3no. porches; repair brickwork to front elevation and clock tower as required, and: timber repair works to the entrance roof canopy.Replace existing baton and column light fittings in same/adjusted locations (as required). Replace existing blue panels to eastern gable end of Platform 1. Regularisation of repairs to the steel structure. Remove existing pendant light fittings to canopy. Install white bird netting around high-level canopy structure.Mechanically prepare and paint glazing frame in southeast entrance.New air conditioning unit, louvres to equipment room.Security spikes on the south wall bay 1 gable end
