Description

The existing felt covered flat roof will be stripped and replaced with a 3-layer bituminous felt system, and the existing glazed pitched roof will be replaced with a composite insulated panel system. The gable ends of the buildings will need to be raised by 2no. courses of brickwork to accommodate the increase in roof build up. A preliminary bat roost assessment has been completed which shows the site as a negligible risk for bat activity
