Description

Variation of condition 3 of planning approval 23/00504/FULH. Reduce the height of the 787mm projected brick pillars on the left and right porch elevation, from eaves to 600mm in height which continues with the rest of the build. This would allow the incorporation of a white, UPVC window across the left and right elevation, at 1370mm width. This will remove the necessity for additional internal work to the existing house wall inside of the proposed porch due to there being no cavity construction (70mm UPVC window profile)
