Description

The proposed works consist of the replacement of two ground level single glazed timber windows and timber door at the property rear with uPVC white woodgrain effect windows and door (not smooth uPVC)The measurement of the replacements would be exactly as the current openings. The current windows and door have a Georgian bar to the glazing and the replacement windows would be installed with an astragal bar replicating the Georgian bar effect. The double glazed units will be A Rated clear glazing improving the energy efficiency of the property.The current window has a single opener near the top of the window. The replacement windows will also have a single opener at the window bottom slimming the window profile when compared with the current window.
