Deed of Variation of section 106 legal agreement dated 03/08/2023 relating to planning permission 21/P/1247/FUL replacing the mortgagee release provisions with the industry standard wording which: improves the release provisions applicable to those who have acquired their affordable housing unit by way of staircasing to ensure that they will be acceptable to an individual tenant's lender; confirms that the affordable housing provider will only be liable to comply with the affordable housing obligations; Amends the obligation to deliver plot 1 to an adaptable standard instead of a wheelchair accessible standard; and allows for rents to increase in line with CPI in accordance with the model shared ownership leases issued by Homes England in the Capital Funding Guide
