Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Plans) and condition 4 (Materials) attached to permission 24/P/0574/FUH (Proposed erection of a single storey GF extension, a two storey porch extension, canopy porch and creation of 2no. gables to the front elevation (north east elevation) , to include the infill of existing balcony and fenestration alterations to all elevations including the removal, replacement and installation of windows) Condition 2:- to allow for amendments to the first floor fenestration and a reduction to the approved second storey porch extension and amendment to the approved floor plans. Condition 4:- alterations to the approved materials to incorporate a section of verticle timber cladding on one of the gables and the proposed tiles will be Marley Modern Anthracite Roof Tiles.
