T1, Sycamore - A crown reduction by up to 1.5 metres on the southern aspect, to maintain clearance from the utility lines and to balance the canopy from where it has been heavily reduced by utility companies. T2, Cherry Laurel, several stems forming one large rounded canopy - Reduce the several stems back to previous reduction points at approx. 50% height and trim the sides to form. T3, Group of small Maple trees which have been heavily reduced by another party, appearing in a cyclical fashion - lightly prune reshape (1m max.) each tree to maintain a balance and aesthetically pleasing form, and to generate space between each tree to avoid pleaching. T4, Skinny, tall stemmed Ash with suspect Stage 4 Hymenoscyphus fraxineus, situated on the edge of the applicants property boundary and adjacent to the neighbour's garage - fell to a standing habitat monolith at 3 metres, and cut a bat roost habitat into the stem.
