Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans) attached to planning permission 22/P/3044/FUL (Proposed conversion of 2no. existing agricultural barns to create 2no. residential dwellings, works to include; proposed erection of a single storey link extension between plot 1 (eastern barn) and the existing outbuilding and erection of a single storey extension to plot 2 (western barn). Erection of a new carport and demolition of the existing Dutch barn and ancillary works.) to allow changes to allow for energy efficiency and optimised use of space to include:- New rooflights on the western elevations of plots 1 and 2 and a wider opening of the bi-fold doors on the south-east elevation of plot 1 to include the relocation of the flue to the south-west corner of the snug.
