Description

Listed building consent for proposed works to the existing roof, to include:- removal of the existing tiled roof and old membranes and replace with new breathable membrane and insulation together with retention of the existing ridge and pantiles with any damaged tiles to be replaced with reclaimed pantiles. Replacement of existing rooflights with new Conservation rooflights and new fascia, soffit and bargeboards to replace existing.
