Non-material amendment to application 22/P/1414/CQA (Prior approval for the proposed change of use of agricultural buildings to 2no. dwelling houses (Class C3) and associated operational development of replacement and new windows and doors, new render and cladding, replacement of roof sheets to match tiles) to allow for Building 2:- Internal alterations to the layout including removal of bat loft, a change in material from glazing to timber cladding on part of the north western frontage and insertion of conservation rooflights on the north east and south west elevations.
