Listed building consent for proposed internal and external works to include:- repair of a broken ladder staircase to the second floor. Creation of a new door way and bathroom on the first floor. Preserve and restore original beams and structure, repair 17th century spiral staircase, sand and paint front doors and wooden window frames together with installation of secondary glazing for warmth.
