Description

Non material amendment to application 21/P/3199/FUL (Change of use of agricultural land to use as a cemetery with associated parking area and access road) to allow for 1). Changes to the car park top surface from core gravel mesh covered with soil and grass to core gravel mesh covered with gravel. ). 2.) To reduce the width of the main internal path to the seating area from 4m to 3m. 3.) To reduce the size of the seating area from approx 15m x15m to 7m x 7m and change the top surfacing of the main path and seating area from core grave mesh with soil and grass to concrete edged infilled with Type 1 stone and top dressed with 0/4mm limestone to finish. 4.) To change the 1.5m path next to the memorial stones to be top dressed with 0/4mm limestone to match the other internal paths and To straighten a small length of fence on the front boundary of the cemetery area, and 5.) To install an ACO drain in the driveway (position on plan) to be linked with the adjacent underground drainage and all hard surfaces to be edged.
