Minor material amendment to application 22/P/2968/FUL (Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 1no. Replacement dwelling, including alterations to access with associated works) to allow for 1). The removal of the rear ground floor terrace and erection of a small extension in lieu of approved ground floor rear terrace. 2). Change approved flat roof ground floor lounge projection to a pitched roof with glazed gable end with roof lights and projection to be made narrower. 3). Introduction of composite cladding to Ground Floor pitched roof projection. 4). Make minor alterations to several of the approved windows in the rear elevation and reposition external steps adjacent to the west elevation. 5). Reposition high-level Lower Ground Floor window in the west elevation to the Ground Floor . 6). Lounge to be provided on the Lower Ground Floor instead of its approved location on the Ground Floor and removal of approved First Floor glazing in west elevation. 7). Replacement dwelling made narrower by moving the east elevation 350mm further away from No.65 Ridgeway Road to allow for a retaining wall and floor area reduced from 252m2 as approved to 247m2. 8). Lower the ground level adjacent to the east elevation.
