Listed building consent for the proposed installation of modern extractor fans, works to include :- installation of 1no. extractor fan into the bathroom ceiling and 1no. extractor fan into the kitchen ceiling, 1no. positive input ventilation device into the corridor and insertion of 3 no. ventilation roof tiles to reduce the humidity within the building. Installation of lead flashing to replace the existing failing mortar fillet between the roof coverings and gable parapet wall at the South end of the building to reduce water ingress.
