Description

Removal of the existing rear extension (white UPVC) and replacement with a timber clad single storey rear extension and new timber deck. Conversion of existing loft space for additional living space, loft conversion will include raising the roof height by 400mm. New external wall insulation (EWI - finish to match existing render). Existing entrance porch removed. New flush entrance proposed with new stepped access. Changes to windows and doors. Addition of feature timber cladding to the existing window openings. Installation of 2no.roof lights to the front elevation and 4no. roof lights on the other elevations. Solar panels are planned (maximum number shown) for the rear elevation and on top of the proposed rear extension.
